Berkdrums Again, an album I discovered at the perfect moment... Snowing like crazy, messages all over the media that you better not leave your house.. with a biting wind and driving snow everything suddenly changes, literally.. then this album pops up while looking through some albums on the FANTASTIC Infraction-label... This album is só fitting the circumstances and mood at that particular moment. I love those memorable points in time because you’ll always relate to those moments while listening to that album. What more can I say about this stunning piece of work? It’s ART in capital letters, it’s also moving constantly, it crawls, pushes, and then just drifts off... sometimes it’s even oppressive.. But I love that in this music: it has to be a little dark, narrow and oppressive sometimes so when the music turns to more nostalgic and floating sounds, we feel safe at home again.... work of art!
